The CES actively encourages the use of CES contracts for the appointment of staff to teaching positions in Catholic Schools and has produced contracts for use by those recruiting staff into Catholic Schools.

The CES contracts have been refined and streamlined in order to keep to a minimum the number of contracts available from the CES. Therefore, four groups of contracts exist that cover positions across Catholic schools.

Contracts for Academies

Please note that should you require contracts for academies you will need to contact your diocesan schools commission direct. CES model contracts for academies will be available from your diocese on request.
