CSI National Inspection Data

Below you will find a short instructional video that guides you through what is contained in the CSI National Inspection Data and what each of the due tables signify. Below that is the link to download the latest version of the CSI National Inspection Data.

This spreadsheet helps dioceses plan Catholic school inspections. It lists schools by diocese and shows:

1. when their next CSI inspection is expected
2. when any statutory inspection deadline falls, and
3. when they become eligible for an inspection grant.

It also includes predicted Ofsted inspection timings to help dioceses avoid scheduling clashes. Please note these are best guesses based on Ofsted's own scheduling rules and are not verified term dates.

Select your diocese, academic year and term on the By diocese sheet to see your schools’ information. The Due dates summary sheet gives an overview across all dioceses for the selected academic year and the following four years.

The information reflects the records available when the spreadsheet was prepared. Ofsted timings are estimates, and missing or older records may need checking with the school. Changing the planning year updates the figures, but does not add new inspection records.
